A New Turbo Replacement.

We take your old turbo off your vehicle and supply & fit a new turbocharger on your vehicle. This is the most expensive yet wise option- your vehicle is going to have a new turbocharger. Keep in mind in modern days turbochargers have become a serviceable item more or less. If your vehicle has travelled more than 150,000 km it’s possibly time for a turbo replacement.

A turbo replacement with an exchange turbo.

To be able to accommodate this service we always buy second-hand turbochargers from wreckers. Initially, we started it with the most popular modules yet later we started to add more and more models. Once we buy a second-hand turbocharger from wreckers we disassemble the turbo and rebuild it again with all new parts. Yet sure enough not all parts get replaced – only the damaged or worn-out parts are replaced. We call it an exchange unit, it’s as new yet see it as a turbo which has a second life. We provide a full warranty on a rebuilt turbocharger. This option helps you to save money in comparison with a new turbocharger replacement.

We repair your turbo. What needs to be taken into consideration here: if your turbo can be repaired – it would be a lot more economical and wise to repair it. Provided it can be done. Keep in mind not all turbos can be repaired, just call to find out.

Our 24-month warranty is based on servicing we do (maintain) on your vehicle in one of our workshops. Our extended warranty is based on the fact that we as a workshop became invested in your vehicle and we want you to be certain and assured.
